Our team of specialists including sleep physicians, sleep technologists, respiratory therapists and other healthcare professionals dedicated to addressing the unique needs of each patient. Additionally, we offer resources for promoting better sleep hygiene and overall health and wellness.
Dr. Mark Rasmus, Medical Director of Everything Sleep Idaho, obtained his bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College and his medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine.
Brian Kittelson is a longtime nurse practitioner and retired Air Force officer who provides sleep medicine service for children and adults.
Taya earned a Master’s of Physician Assistant Studies degree at Idaho State University and a Bachelor’s of Science degree with an emphasis in business management and human resources at Utah State University.
Christopher has a BA in History and Military Science from the State University of New York and Syracuse University, where he was a Distinguished Military Graduate.
Heather Grote is a certified Physician Assistant with nine years of experience in Urgent Care and Family Medicine. She is an Idaho native who grew up playing sports and exploring the wild outdoors and mountainous landscapes of this beautiful state.
